A video entitled “Hostage” that shows an adult spinning on a children’s merry-go-around with his eyes blindfolded and his hands tied up.

Vladimir Turner’s materials are as diverse as people’s views on the world. Therefore, his work cannot be reduced to documentaries, political and artistic activism or interventions in public space. After all, they have to be one thing only: material.
